We cooked a mesquite-smoked beef shoulder roast on one of our Primo Ceramic Grill and Smokers! This amazing grill held 275 degrees for 2.5 hours on just a handful of charcoal and mesquite chunks. The roast came out a perfect juicy medium well, with a good smoke ring and deep mesquite flavor. Come by and get your own Primo today!
